Your Private Cabin Escape

 

Apart from us, Nicci and Matt, our two children and our friendly black Labradors, Buster and Nelly, you won't see another soul during your stay. We'll leave you to enjoy your own little corner of North Devon, welcoming you with a basket of local goodies before you settle into the peace and quiet.

Set within its own private plot, the cabin is surrounded by a secure enclosed garden and features a wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor seating and rope swing. Guests also enjoy direct access to their own exclusive-use dog walking field.

Designed to bring the outdoors in, the cabin's large folding doors open up the living space to the surrounding countryside. Inside you'll find comfortable sofas and armchairs, a cosy wood burner, and plenty of space to relax after a day exploring Devon and Cornwall.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and Dualit countertop oven, making it easy to prepare everything from breakfast to an evening meal.

The cabin sleeps up to five guests, with:

• Master bedroom with king-size bed

• Second bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds

• Electric blankets on both double beds

• Spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower

Bringing your dog? We'll provide a dog bed along with food and water bowls to help them feel at home too.

A welcome basket, tea and coffee are included, along with an initial supply of logs for the wood burner and hot tub. Additional firewood is available to purchase during your stay.

Staying Together

Travelling with friends or family? Guests often combine a cabin stay with our farmhouse B&B, allowing everyone to enjoy the holiday together while having their own space to relax at night.

We can also accommodate camper vans and motorhomes on site for a small additional charge. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

 

Dark Skies & Stargazing

One of the most magical things about staying at Stibb Hollow Farm is the night sky. Far from the glare of towns and cities, you'll enjoy some of Devon's darkest skies. Watch the moon rise over the fields, spot constellations, marvel at the Milky Way and, if you're lucky, catch sight of a barn owl gliding through the moonlight.

There's no better place to experience it than from the warmth of the hot tub, surrounded by the peace and quiet of the North Devon countryside.

Bring the dogs too! 🐾

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome from £25 per stay. We'll provide a dog bed and food and water bowls, while your dogs can enjoy the large enclosed garden and exclusive-use dog walking field.

As we're a working smallholding with sheep in the neighbouring field, we kindly ask that dogs remain under control and are supervised around livestock.
